If you have ever bought a house or tried to refinance you know how grueling the process can be. Throw the whole housing market and mortgage meltdown into the mix and you may think what is the use in trying at all. Well, owning a home is part of the American Dream and the City of Renton is offering a little help or at least providing some information on making the process a little easier.

The Housing Resources Fair will be happening tonight at the Renton Community Center from 5:30pm-8pm. Admission is free there will be refreshments and door prizes. Topics to be discussed include mortgage loan options, refinancing, home buyer tax credits, home improvement loans, and mortgage modification tools.

So, if you are in the dark about the whole mortgage process, refinancing or home improvement loan thing come to the fair tonight and get educated or just come for a chance to win some prizes.
